I read that propolis helps with UTI, which is why I purchased. I don't think it helped with that but it surprisingly worked for a chronic sore throat. That was a pretty awesome surprise. Will purchase again if it comes back.

I use propolis regularly and find this brand way too sticky and thick. Stains everything from cup to fingers to teeth. Other brands aren't like this--i pharm and yarrow for instance.
